Anzac biscuits

.Ingredients you need.

  • 1 cup of rolled oats 
  • 1 cup of flour 
  • ⅔ cut of brown sugar 
  • 2 tablespoons of golden syrup
  • ½ of teaspoons of baking soda
  • 125 grams of butter 

Equipment you need 

  • Mixing boll 
  • Mixing spoons
  • measuring spoons
  • baking paper
  • baking tray
  • salt if you want?

 

Steps

  1. wash your hands
  2. preheat the oven to 160°C
  3. add dry ingredients to the bowl 
  4. add wet ingredients to the mixture
  5. scoop out small amounts of mixture and voll into a ball wing your hands 
  6. place balls onto baking tray and squish flat with your hands 
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes
  8. Let it cool and enjoy! 🙂
